soil vent pipe

i am fitting another bathroom to my bungalow,
i have a combined water system and my original bathroom has a standard set up with svp on outside to roof height.

i don't want to install a soil vent pipe for the new toilet as it is on the front of my house, can i use an air inlet valve in the new bathroom and take the waste pipe outside underground unseen with just a rodding point?

Yes, just fit a 110mm dirgo above toilet /cistern level.
