Solar porch/pagoda lean-to build?
Hi guys,
So I'm building a wooden porch to mount my Solar panels on and want to just check my angle/slope before I commit. I want my panels pointing south at approx 35 degrees.
So my thinking is my rafter will be 7ft long and around a 4ft height diff from the back wall plate to the front post to get the correct angle for my solar. Am I right in cutting the top end of my rafters/laths at 55 degrees to get the 35 degree angle given that adds up to the 90?
Been a hell of a long time since I've had to calculate angles so forgive me.
