We're currently renovating a 1900s terraced house with solid floors.

Prior to laying the laminate flooring, we have noticed damp at the bottom of the internal and external walls/floor just below the dpc (see pictures)

Is there anything we can do?

There's a massive number of recent posts on this very same question (many with similar pics) - why not search for them on here, and get up to speed on what was suggested to others in the same boat.

Then, hopefully, come back here with further information and pics.

Bill, im not sure our 1900s houses were designed with 2013/14 weather in mind...
Do the usual, check for water pipe leaks, bridged dpc, check drains etc.
