what is the minimum thickness you can use for a solid concrete slab floor. I was hoping to get away with 75mm? Many thanks

There is no hard-and-fast rule for floors because it depends on the relationship between the floor area and perimeter.

But as a rough guide, 100mm should get you the required minimum U-value (Kingspan or celotex or Xtratherm, that is - not polystyrene).
