Hi, was not too sure where to post this, hoping someone can help me out. I recently noticed that a wall in one of my bedrooms now has a similiar look to water damage, a number of lumps in the wall, but these are hard. I had a worker in December redoing our bathroom, which is the room on the other side of this wall. The shower was moved to be on this wall that is now showing signs of damage and disfiguration. The wall was flat a few months before we hired the cowboy. Is this being caused by water from the shower? Thanks in advance.

As Rochester Plasterer says, pictures would be very handy. What are the walls made of,, plasterboard, brick???
