solid oak floor... in bathroom?

Hello.

I am planning to fit a solid oak floor (T&G) in an upstairs family bathroom.
It s 1 incnh thick.
Should I glued the joints ?
Wat kind of nails shoul I use?

Any advise availa ble is welcome.

It probably won't last long,,, try a vinyl.
