Solid wall insulation

I am about to fit kingspan K18 to my wall. I was considering on fitting Airtec next to the wall on to 25mm batons before fitting the kingspan K18. Would this be good or a wast of time.

My wall is a single 9" block.

I assume woody menas the Airtec will be a waste of money and not the Kingspan?

Buck, what type of 9" blocks are they?
