Sayes:-

"Unplug the TV from the electrical outlet before cleaning. The LCD screen should be cleaned by using a soft and dry cloth. However, for more stubborn stains, you can use a soft cloth slightly dampened with a solution of mild soap and warm water. When cleaning, wipe the screen using small circular motions from top to bottom; immediately afterwards, use a soft cloth to dry the screen."

iirc poundland was selling screen/moniter cleaner, same stuff that currys was/are selling for about 15 quid.

The cheapest stuff is Isopropyl Alcohol diluted with water. This is sold as "Deicer fluid" in aerosol cans or bottles.
