Tony, I know a couple of WM thermecon owners, who have been put on suicide watch.
It is the result of recirculation of flue products. But the customer has had enough and the baffle supports are all but burnt away. And before anyone picks up on a non balanced flue in a bathroom, yes I know as does the customers and he will be getting it replaced ASAP. He didn't want to waste money of fixing the flue.
