Hello all,I am about to start a rewire next week but because of the christmas break it will not be completed until the first week in january.Will this be exempt from part p as i have heard as long as the job was started before jan 2005 and completed before april 2005 part p will not apply.

All work started before 1st Jan and completed before 31st March is not notifiable.
