I have a Sottini dual flush cistern. Intermittently there is a very slight weep into the pan, similar to water coming down the overflow but not as pronounced, and the water level is below the top of the overflow, almost as if the push button is holding the flush slightly open at times. Can this happen is is there a weep into the overflow without it actually overflowing.[/youtube]
