I've got a shed, and I'd like to play a lot of guitar in it, but I don't want to annoy the neighbours. I wouldn't want to get cold either.

I've looked at some sites for sound insulation, but there seems to be a lot out there with hard-to-compare specifications.

What would you recommend?

From the guy who usually posts crap..........that`s me....use Rockwool funny old world with all those other "silly" replies Another sensible thought..old ceiling tiles, not polystyrene Built a fan silencing chamber once lined with them....out of a skip .shop refurb is a good source
