soundproofing underlay

I have an original wooden floor which has a green layer (2mm) of some kind of foam followed by 10mm chipboard. I am going to put down new floorboards, which will be glued down. What further soundproofing underlay can I use? I know about sika matting and its very expensive glue. Any other suggestions?
