Best business/place for purchasing floorboards both value, quality and price please?

Local timber merchants.
Get on the phone and ring around for prices
 
I'm struggling...160mm wide x 24mm depth tongue and groove....no one does these sizes no more. Any suggestions please?
 
Saw mill will make them for you.

Find a timber merchant and ask. Normally a setup charge then so much a metre
