Splice locks? For hand railings-where to buy?

p.s I wasn't sure where to post this?

I've searched the internet to the best I can, to find Splice Locks. I can only find this one company who deals with them...+they haven't got the sizes I need for my parents hand rail plans.

[Symptoms]

andy - 42.4 (size 7), 48.3 (size8 ) Type 18 internal coupling made by Kee Klamps. We get our stuff from Parker Tools in Kent (or online www.parkertools.co.uk) but you should be able to source the stuff locally from a 'heavy end' engineering supplier.

Kee's couplings are a different profile to those on your link but will do the same job.
