Spot lights in bathroom...

Hi again all....

We have three spot lights that a mains fed. Wired in sequence from switch to light, to ligh, to light etc.... (Chain style)

They are currently wired as only black / red connected, the earths are not connected anywhere.

What i want to check is firstly is this ok as they are in a a bathroom?

They do have a chrome effect surround, hence my thaughts about earthings.


any advice would be great.

Are they double insulated? Even if they are I suppose you should have carried the cpc continuity through to the final fitting in case it is ever changed. The CPC will likely need supplementary bonding.
