Spraying rough masonary

I've got some concrete blocks and bricks on the inside of my garage that I want to paint white. I've tried so called special rollers for masonary and brushes, but they're both very slow, and only the brush gets right into the pores of the concrete blocks.
So instead i've decided to spray it, i've tried one of the cheapo electric sprayers, which was rubbish, so am now considering hiring something more professional.

Do you think this will do the job ok?

I wouldn't bother with that machine, they do not have enough pressure to spray any thick materials.

Get yourself a good sheepskin long pile roller, hog enough paint on and sooner or later it will fill all the holes up.

I agree..those machines are only any good from trim finishes ..certainly not masonry paint

As marknjo said got yourself a good quality roller sleeve..prodec lifetimers are excellent and all id use for dashing.

Btw...A spray set up, even airless isnt always the best choice for dashing/roughcast becasue the hig presure needed can create a vacum in the voids and recesses of the surface ...blocking the paint from entering
