Sprouted potatoes

I bought a bag of potatoes at the supermarket and put them in the garage.

They were forgot about and have now have 3" sprouts on them.

If kept cool, would they do to plant in the garden next March?
 
Nothing to lose by trying but I think you'll struggle to keep them going that long. You can rub the shoots off 3 or 4 times without affecting productivity so I'd keep doing that until near planting time. Make sure they're completely dry and store them where it's dark, dry, cool and frost-free, and not in plastic bags.
