Square radiator valve leak - replace?

One of my towel rad valves is leaking intermittently. Doesn't seem to be any pattern to it (i.e. pressure is up on the heating system, but valve is completely dry), however, every few days there is a small amount of water near the valve. And I've confirmed that there is a water stain on the valve as well (didn't notice previously, as it was facing downwards).

The valve is similar to this one:

It doesn't look like the head can be removed.

Before I replace it, just wondering if anyone has any tips on trying to fix it? And if I do replace it, will I inevitably have to drain down the heating system (this rad is on the ground floor)?

Drain down and replace both of them.

I'm sure the head can be removed by prising up the centre cap and revealing the screw underneath. You can then check if there is a gland nut that can be tightened.
They don't appear the best quality. As suggested better to replace.

My valve doesn't actually have a centre cap, unlike the screwfix one. I'll take the advice and source 2 replacements.

Designer valve ? maybe check out Pegler valves - their form follows function rather than ones where the Chinese have been involved

This valve lasted a good 5.5 years, so can't complain too much. All the bathrooms are matching too, so tempted to just replace (especially given I have a spare ........ somewhere).
