Squint Wooden Blinds

Hello,

If I have posted in the wrong section, please move as appropriate.

I have just had wooden blinds installed throughout the house, but have noticed that a few of them are squint when pulling up/lowering and when pulled up fully. Others are perfectly straight. Is this normal, or does something need adjusted?

I know this may sound daft, but I've never had blinds like these before.

The rise and fall cord adjusts the level , just adjust there.one cord is for the left and the other for the right side.
