Two part question

dose anyone know if I can use Ronseal 5 Year Woodstain on my floor board. The tin say its for exterior and i don't know if its for floors?

It also says it is for doors and windows.

Two problems I can see, firstly it probably does not have the strength required to be a flooring product, secondly it is "highly water repellent" which means almost nothing in the way of varnish will stick to it (water or solvent). You will also find that oils will not stick because they need to penetrate into the surface to get a grab.
Better to find a product designed for wooden flooring, there are many out there.
