Stained red uPVC window sill

Hi,

Candle diffuser that spilt over was left on UPVC window frame which has stained it red from the oil. Tried removing with a UPVC cleaner and cif but no luck.

Any thoughts on how best to remove?

Have you tried tissue after warming area with hairdryer?

The dye will have soaked into the pvc, I suspect it will be there a long time, but try isopropyl alcohol, it might help. or some vaseline on a kitchen towel, if the dye was in the candle wax it will be an oil based dye and most likely soaked in.
