Stainless steel drench shower head - all stainless?

Does anyone know and also be willing to advise me if stainless steel drench shower heads are all stainless?

I`m looking for a all metal shower head in place of the rub clean thingy now fitted. Single spray is just fine.

When I googled stainless steel drench shower head

Quite a few come up at £14 up

I can not tell if these are all stainless or have a plastic rose inserted.

Any advice concerning domestic drain down valve on a handset?
