I only need a few but most sites only sell em by boxes of 100 etc..

Boat chandlers sell a good range of stainless fasteners, in packs of small quanitities (10 & 25s etc). Just look up boat chandlers in County Durham on yell .co.uk
They will do self tappers, machine screws, and standard screws in many lengths.
