Standing desk table top

You can often find off cuts of kitchen work top on Facebook marketplace cheap or even free . Bit of oak would look good .

As above, Ebay/FB marketplace offcuts or second hand kitchen worktop.
Nothing wrong with chipboard for a desk, maybe you could use the existing damaged one and glue/screw a sheet of 6mm MDF or ply underneath to strengthen it.

May just do that tbh. Will I have to have it cut to cover the full desktop?

I've got an 18mm Formica board on mine, plenty of strength for a 32" monitor, laptop, laptop stand, etc. Barely deflects when I push on it [supports are a metre apart]. Surface is easy to keep clean.

On second thoughts is it easy to just repair this one?

my thoughts
that damage has been caused by overload or impact before assembly
as in someone or something has stood on it or loaded it up with only the long edges supported and fractured the board by bending downwards and ripping the bottom veneer and delaminating the chipboard core causing the crack

is there any ripples marks or dents on the top ??

Thanks. Yes it was damaged in transit. No marks or dents. This is on the underside and actually the crack line is very thin, it disappears about 1/4 way down the middle.

in answer to your question about using the top after repair
the damage should not effect the overall strength to much buuuuuuttt the printed paper covered in plastic that covers all edges will now not be waterproof where any breaks or rips are so drips or spills will lift the plastic so by all means use the top but spend the minimal amount in the expectation it will fail between next week and 20 years time

look up "sticky back plastic" for cheap options to cover
