You have proven by not knowing about a smashed mirror on an MOT also you did not know what a blind spot is as well as which mirror is which. Doesn't add up to a decent tester to me,

As for the MOT test part. Do not try and quote some rubbish off the net and claim it is part of the test requirements. There is only 1 acceptable source and I copied and pasted it in here for you to read.
