Steam Generator Iron
Does anyone have any idea as to how I can de-scale this ironing system, it's slowly lost it's steam power although the pump is trying hard to supply steam.
We have changed water filters as required.
1. Would it be possible to put vinegar or a similar acid through it?
2. Can I use another type of acid to do this job as I have access to several types of acids?
3. Is there a propriety product sold to do this job?
Any help appreciated as the iron will have to be thrown away at a cost of £90 if I can't fix it.
