Ha ha, actually not bad .. seems no worse than anywhere else. Faraday cage, maybe the steel isn't grounded, maybe I need to run a 10mm from fuse box. Hang on, maybe I shouldn't be in the house during a lightning storm .. decision decisions.
Pretty good actually I find here! There isn't actually a huge amount of steel in a BISF house as the steels are a lot smaller than the type you normally see in a traditional house as they don't have to support any masonry and are quite widely spaced. Does look a lot different from that Trusteel house.
I went to look at the property yesterday and can say the house is brick built. All internal walls were solid, no plaster board at all and the loft was full of timber.
