Steering Column Top Bearing

Just had an advisory on this for my Berlingo van - Is it a big job ?

and where is it ? up near where the ignition key fits in ?

Its directly below the steering wheel mate so its wheel off, (caution airbag) then column switches off and at this point it should be possible to prise the old plastic bush out.
I haven’t done one since the Peugeot 205 days though.
