Hi am wondering if anyone can help me?
I have just moved into new house and when we switch off electric at mains the alarm sounds.
We can't leave this noise going outside for long.
Does anyone know how to stop the alarm from sounding?
We have read manual on line but can't see an answer for this.
Any help would be appreciated

Start by replacing the 12v rechargeable battery inside the panel, that is the cause of many faults.

User code should silence the alarm.

When you have replaced the battery report back for further advice.
