Sticking tap

The tap on my bathroom sink has started to stick, and only turns a short way before
it stops, its not turning enough to turn on the water. I know its probably only a simple problem but I'd appreciate any help.

Probably need re-setting,take it apart,clean parts with water de-scaler,renew 'O' ring & tap washer and lubrication.

Basically a 10,000 miles service
