Stiff shower, help to identify/fix it

Hi All,

The shower controls are getting very stiff, is there a way of fixing this or is it easier to replace the unit.

I have attached pictures, if anyone could identify the unit that would help me loads.

You could try stripping the valve down and lubricating with silicone grease.
