I'd go for EPDM lining, Basically a pond liner.......Just what you need lol.
Joking apart, EPDM will come in 1 single sheet lining in the gutter.......NO JOINS! Easily stuck and sealed to the gutter. Life expectency 40+ yrs, Job done!
