Stoppa Tap

Can you still buy the product which stops the taps for twisting round ? I used to see them on ebay and thought they were called stoppa tap.

I find the normal method of using top hats etc just doesnt work as well

Not sure which ones you are talking about but I've used these before and they work pretty well, even better with a little silicone.
