what cause the gas cooker oven to produce yellow flam and how it can be treated.

Incomplete combustion usually. Any photo/video? Has any food or fat/grease fallen onto the burner?

You need someone that is GSR'd and experienced with gas cookers to look at it.

If it's incomplete combustion then it's dangerous and the oven shouldn't be used.

forgot to mention that I kept this running for 10 minutes and the carbon monoxide in side the kitchen did not detect anything.
 
That looks fine. Flame colour can be affected by the metal that the flame plays onto - I suspect the yellow on the left is a result of where the flame plays onto the metal of the thermocouple. As always - if in doubt, get a gas qualified engineer to take a look at it.
 
yes that is correct, the yellow on the left is the thermocouple.
