hi ,i have a slight leak which seems to be coming from the hot water impeller side of the pump,this has happened before and i've tighted up the outer casing screws and it seemed to cure it for a time but has started weeping again,is there a rubber seal from the outter casing to the impeller casing?is this a standard service part i can order and is it easy to fit?here's hoping -martin
