Stud wall or underfloor heating & screed - which first?

Hey everyone,

I have a room which I am going to add underfloor heating (so insulation, heating pipes, screed) - but I'm also adding a stud wall onto the existing brick wall to add insulation.

I'm wondering which I should do first? I would guess that I should do the stud wall first, so the flooring has that little bit of extra insulation around the edge?
