sub floor for parquet tiles

I am wondering if I can lay wooden parquet tiles over the following: My floor has a layer of acoustic underflooring glued over concrete. This is not acoustic tile but put down from a roll. I have accidentally spilled water over it and it does not come unglued. Is this stable enough for adhesive and parquet tiles? I am quite good at DIY and have put down ceramic tiles and wooden planks. I would just love to not have to lay down a wooden subfloor! Thanks for any comments.
