Hi all,

Recently had a CCTV drain survey as we have multiple stepped cracking on front wall and suspect it was due to a leaking drain. All drains are fine except for the one in the front garden which is in really bad state. Cracks and displaced joints, likely to have been leaking for years if not decades. The pipe isn't right next to the wall it's about 7 ft away so am unsure if this is the cause of the subsidence or if we need to keep looking. I have highlighted the broken pipe in yellow.

Appreciate any input, thanks in advance

What does the green shaded area represent. If it is a large tree then it could be tree roots causing your problem as much as the faulty drains.

Gully 2, is that on your property or next door? If it's next door, it'll make the drain shared from the point it connects, in which case it is technically the responsibility of the Water Company.

The pipe and hedge are both within influencing distance of the wall
