Subsidence in conservatory

You actually have three options the third being 'do nothing' as others have mentioned. Await the wet weather and fill the gaps, come summer make a decision on either keeping or removing. My choice would be the latter, for cost wise and people not wanting conservatories these days.

Piling would have been a better option
We demolished the connie and built a two storey extension. We ended up going down 2.4m or so. Right on the max-dig limit for a 3 tonne digger for which we only just squeezed onto the site.



The oversite was obviously going to be floor beams, so we decided to add a mid-span wall so as to reduce the handling issues (crane etc) that would arise with a large section single span floor beam. The extra wall pushed us over the single lorry pour meaning more waiting time for the pump etc. I think the foundations alone were about £5'000 more than a standard metre dig, even back then.
