Can someone help please? We basically had a leak on our 2nd floor toilet, it leaked under the floor going into the sink - probably 4 or 5 litres max and then the leak stopped.
Just wondering before we get the floor ripped up to investigate if there could be an explanation for this - ie excess pressure build up etc
NOTE this bathroom is never used and the taps hadnt been turned on for at least 3 or 4 weeks
Is there likely to be a chance that this was just excess pressure or something?
