supplementry bond fault

Just ended the day with connecting a supplementry bond in a bathroom(Basin/bath/rad)Went to connect it up at the earth terminal at the light and RCD trips straight out,any ideas where to begin.anyone else had this problem?

CPC being used as a phase or
Broken CPC and a fault on the lighting circuit.
