Supplier for brass shelf inserts/grommets

I am building a cabinet and requires the shelves to be altered to allow different height shelves. I have seen brass grommets that can be pushed into the hole that you would normally put the shelf support into. These brass grommets have and internal diameter of about 5mm to take standard shelf supports, and provide a much more attractive look as opposed to a bare wood hole.
Please help, cheers.
 
Most gromets ar a little lkarger than 5mm internal dia, usually about 6mm to take the banjo type studs. Have a look at these three

I find a 5mm hole drilled with a brad point dowel drill gives a very neat edged hole for standard studs of for an even neater solution 3mm holes and majic wires which cannot be seen are they way to go.
