Supplier of 3/8" Aluminium Rods Drilled To Accept R Pin

Hi,

Would anyone know of a vendor of 3/8" diameter aluminium rods that can be supplied pre-drilled with holes to accept R pins? I need 4 rods fabricating, each one with two holes that will accept a 2.5mm R pin.

I can buy the rods myself and cut them to size but will never be able to accurately drill the holes for the R pins using a hand held drill.

They sell the rod and also advertise that they undertake bespoke work.

I have found them to be very reasonable for purchasing but I don't know what the costs would be for your task.

As said, ask the suppliers. Otherwise any local small engineering place I'd have thought. Possibly even the local garage?
On a bit of a tangent, Lidl had small pillar drills in on Thurday last (IIRC) for just over £40.
