Hi

You can see this pipe has come away from the wall slightly. All the pipe clips have broken at the top screw. You can see there is a slight kink and it's resting on flowerpots! How would you fix it?

It's too far from the wall for normal brackets. I could use some sort of spacer? Otherwise I was thinking of mortaring some spare concrete blocks underneath and fitting the clips to the block rather than the wall.

How far apart would you fix? I've seen numbers between 1m and 2m.

Thanks

The ones you have are old and have become brittle through UV exposure. Just replace them and they'll last for donkeys

If need be, cut small pieces of 15mm copper tube to act as spacers between clips and the wall, (and obviously use longer screws to secure things.)

All done using bits of old pipe clip and 8mm microbore as spacers. Thanks for your help. It had dropped about 10mm and come away from the wall 10mm.
