Suprima bolier help needed

I have a wall hung potterton suprima 50 boiler.

Twice in a month now the unit has stopped heating the radiators whilst the timer lights are showing the CH & HW are on. The light in the boiler shows red, pressing the reset button fires the boiler up, the red light goes out and the green one on and hey presto!

Does anyone have any ideas why this may be happening?
