potterton suprima 50 keeps blowing the fuse

hi , potterton suprima 50 conventional boiler, open vented system.
when power is switch on green and red lights come on for approx 3-4 secs, green light then goes out and shortly after that the fuse blows in the fuse spare. the pcb shows signs of scorching if this is faulty would it cause the fuse to blow.
