suspension hooks fluoro lights

is this fitting less than 2 foot?

that's the only reason I can see why it wouldn't have the industry standard holes on the back of it..

only thing is the fitting i got (from CEF) dont have holes in them.
Any chance of a photo of these dreadful items?

If no holes, where exactly are you supposed to put the wires?

can possibly get 1 2moro for you. There is a hole for the cable to enter the fitting, this is right in the centre of the top. All other holes are small ones that are predrilled for self tappers and im assuming they are for other models of fitting maybe to hold either EM fittings or larger ballast etc.

im just thinking are suspended and surface mounted different?

Are you looking at the front or the back of the fitting :P ??

I would also like to see a piccy as it seems totally bizaare for a manufacture something to far from industry standards it almost beggars beleif!!

something has just dawned on me while reading through my past posts.

Does it make a difference if i told you its a CAT2 fitting? Hopefully not LOL

yeah i should be there 2moro so will post a pic if i am

yes fittings designed soley for suspension are likely to be different, but they tend to be fancier ones in aluminium rather than bog standard steel ones..
