Swapping taps

Are taps of a standard construction as I wish to exchange the upper body without the bother of exchanging the entire tap-body.Can anyone supply a link to a sales outlet for the conversion kits as Screwfix etc. no longer stock these?

Tap revivers are what you need.

Available from Screwfix and most plumbing outlets, sheds etc.
