I'm trying to get some new tap tails for a tap on my boat which has hot/cold inlets, and a mixed outlet.

The inlets have O-ring flexible fittings that measure 7.9mm OD, and seem to have a pitch of 1mm - so I'm guessing this is 8mm/1. Has anyone seen tails like this? Ideally I'd like the tails to have 1/2" BSP M the other end.

The outlet has the same thread on the tap body, but the other end (that fits to a shower hose) is very odd. Pitch is 1mm again, but the OD is 15mm. I can't use a standard shower hose as it has to pass through the tap body. Any thoughts?

Here's a photo, with a 10mm tail in the middle:

Sorry, I'm not sure that BSP info helps me, the threads are metric.
